Favourites of Black Fox Real Estate

There are so many places with great food and activities around the Mornington Peninsula. Today I’m sharing a couple of my all-time favourite places.

1001 Nights – Mt Eliza

I think I could eat at 1001 Nights in Mount Eliza for 1001 nights in a row and not be bored with the menu, atmosphere or the company. I love to share mezze plates with family and friends as we catch up on life.

D.O.C. – Mornington

Pizza with a side of a real Italian accent. Buy yourself a little Italian experience allowing you to taste, see and hear the flavours of Italy without the expense of a plane ticket and accommodation!

Ad Hoc Cafe – Mt Eliza

Pop in for a quick snack and a coffee or a long lunch with a glass of wine or two. Established in 2016 with a vision of casual dining in a stylish yet comfortable surrounding, it’s safe to say they have achieved that!

Peninsula Hot Springs – Fingal

What better way to relax and unwind than by sitting in a natural thermal mineral pool? Experience the relaxation of the spa centre, warm mineral pools, various cafes or stay the night and enjoy the Peninsula Hot Springs over a few days.

Montalto Winery – Red Hill

With so many wineries on the Peninsula, it really is hard to choose a favourite. But the amazing and private picnic spots at Montalto are one of my favourite ways to entertain. With tables set with white linen, cutlery and glasses, it’s the perfect place to celebrate over fresh seasonal foods.

The Briars – Mt Martha

The Briars hosts a variety of amazing walking trails from woodland to wetland and around the grounds. With a chance to get an up-close glimpse of the local wildlife, it’s the perfect way to walk off some of that food!

Ranelagh Club – Mt Eliza

The Ranelagh Club is a little slice of paradise hidden away in the Ranelagh Estate in Mt Eliza. Boasting private access to the beach, a clubhouse with spectacular views of Port Phillip Bay and activities like tennis and sailing, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

If you see me out and about at any of my favourite places, come and say hello.
